Tuesday, 17th February, Graham Hughes’ Sunshine Kings

Graham Hughes has transcribed versions of interesting songs played by bands of the 1920’s and 30’s, written his own arrangements of popular numbers, and even composed one or two original numbers of his own for the band. Variety is the spice of life, and The Sunshine Kings takes this mantra on board with their performances, filling the music with freshness and fun.


The line-up for this visit is Graham on trombone, Jim Davison on trumpet, Rob Fowler on reeds, Liam Dunachie on piano, Henry Gilbert on double bass and Joe Dessaur on drums.

This will be a great afternoon’s jazz.
